been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

The following is a request to excavate the slips shown in the attached drawing. The
original permit (no. 52-83) called for 4' MLW. Our request is to take the slips back to
the original depth of 4' NEW. The estimated amount of material removed will be less
than 500 cubic yards. The contractor will handle the disposal of the material.
The adjacent property owners are listed below with their signatures showing their
approval of the project.
