I hereby certify that I own property adjacent to James R. Oster's property located
at Lots 1 and 2 on Creek Point road and Sandy Curve drive on the Neuse River —
Upper Broad Creek in Reelsboro, Pamlico County, NC.
He has described to me, as shown below and attached the development he is
proposing at that location and I have no objections to his proposal. I understand that a
pier/mooring pilings/boatlift/boathouse must be setback a minimum distance of fifteen
feet (15') from my area of riparian access unless waived by me.
I do not wish to waive the setback requirement.

DESCRIPTION AND/OR DRAWING OF PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT
(TO BE FILLED INBYINDIVIDUAL PROPOSING DEVELOPMENT)
•� Note: Waiving of setback requirements is not needed as my lots are two hundred
feet (200') wide (Lot 1) and three hundred sixty feet (360') wide (Lot 2) and both
projects are roughly located in the middle of the two properties.
Project A: Build a walkway leading up to project B (dock) that will be 2 feet high and 3
feet wide starting about 120 feet from the back of my house towards the water line at N
36'31'49"W, which is the center of lots 1 and 2.
Project B: Build a Dock 2 feet above the water and 3 feet wide, continuing 48 feet onto the
water with a Deck segment attached at the side of the last 12 foot section of the dock that will
form a 12 foot square. Included, as additions to the dock are 2 pilings at the end of the deck
segment 12 feet away to allow a boat to be tied between the pilings and the deck segment.
