violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .

As discussed we are in the process of building on the Brinkley property on the west side of your
property. we ar removing the old dock and pier.
In order to do this we must have your signature for our CAMA permit. We will be more than 15
feet from your property line.
As discussed I would like to cut the growth on the front of your lot to provide a safer

Well Termination:
Also as we discussed last month we need to terminate the well that is on your property in
order to repair our septic system. I have attached a letter for you to sign for this. I will return
the site to the condition it was in after we plug the well.

You and I talked about the encroachment of your side entrance over our property. As I stated
I do not have a problem or object to you continuing to use the area for entrance to and from
