This property is a duplex that is owned jointly by Keith & Dorothy Evens (East -site of duplex) and Larry and Ann Allanson (West side of duplex). The Sea Wall will be located at the approximate location of the previous dune line prior to Hurricane Ophelia. The Seawall material to be used is Northstar Vinyl Sheet Piling Series 3100c or equivalent (See Attached Specifications). The area between the seawall and the current dune line will be backfilled and landscaped to provide a groundcover to prevent future erosion.
