To that end and in accordance with our past phone conversations about the pier, we are enclosing the following: • aerial photography at and in proximity to the Cedar Street pier generated using the Carteret County GIS system notated to show that the pier does not fall within the 15 ft. buffer required between the pier and the adjacent riparian landowners' areas of access; • forms giving the Town permission to reconstruct the pier bearing the original signatures of the riparian landowners located at the east and west sides of the Town owned property on which the pier is located; • a 5-sheet plan set which shows the limits of the proposed reconstruction project along with details by which the pier is to be reconstructed; and • a check in the amount of $100.00 made payable to "CAMA."
