We would like to place an additional 100 feet of riprap to stop the erosion occurring on part of our property pacing on the Bay River. 2) Building a dock. We want to place a dock along the side of Rice's Creek off the Bay River to support a maximum of two (2) boats. We understand you will need to make a site visit to approve these requests.
