The 30 ft. section of bulkhead is within 15 ft. of the foundation of my home; therefore once it is breached I fear the next blow will be the one to undermine our house. Charles Pigott issued the permit approximately six months befor his untimely death. I think that was in 2000 but any of the "Old Timers" like Charles Jones would know. I would like to pull the fallen rubble out of the harbor -with a backhoe- and and concrete it in place. This is the harbor that I spoke with you about removing the sand that was washed in by Ophelia. If that has to be a seperate issue then I would like to get my name on Your list and some instructions as to what you need from me. Thanks for your attention to these matters.
