Hi Ryan,
I spoke to Mike Marshall and we agreed to allow the basin in Goose Creek to be
dredged before April 14th. It cannot be dredged after April 14th. I have spoken to
Peggy Buffaloe over the phone this morning (3/29/06) letting her know this. I
understand that this should not take more than a day and Ms Buffaloe said she hopes
to have it done early next week. Please insure that the oysters currently in the
basin are not removed, or buried during dredging.
