Subject: General Permit 2003
> Steven: In July of 2003, Tracey Wheeler came and looked at a place on Second Street where we plan to have
ditch tiles installed. The town paid $100 for an application and Tracey said to call her when we were ready to
begin work and she would issue a General Permit. Two years later and more $$$ we are just getting to the
project. Hopefully, within the next four weeks, the contractor will begin work in that area. What does the town
need to do BEFORE work is begun? Thanks, Joan Leary, Bayboro Town Clerk 252 745 4238 or Fax 252 745 6030
