The town paid $100 for an application and Tracey said to call her when we were ready to begin work and she would issue a General Permit. Two years later and more $$$ we are just getting to the project. Hopefully, within the next four weeks, the contractor will begin work in that area. What does the town need to do BEFORE work is begun?
