Revised 06/29/05
ADJACENT RIPARIAN PROPERTY OWNER STATEMENT
I hereby certify that I own property adjacent to: Joseph & Marilyn Arnone's
(Name of Property Owner)
property located at: 112 Goodwind Drive (lot #9)
(Lot, Block, Road, etc.)
On: Greens Creek, Pamlico County, N.C.
(Waterbody)
(Town and/or County)
He has described to me as shown below, the development he is proposing at that location,
and I have no objections.
DESCRIPTION AND/OR DRAWING OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
(To be filled in by individual proposing development)
Both Isabel and Ophelia caused significant erosion to the waterfront on our property. In addition, the waves
from increased boat traffic on Greens Creek, has further affected the waterfront.
We have proposed to CAMA, and they have agreed, to allow the placement of additional rocks at the water's
edge and to replace the soil that has been eroded between the seawall & the water's edge. The replaced soil
will be seeded with grass & marsh grass to help retain the soil.
