Dirt will be plated behind the bulkhCA but it will not encroach on the natural growth? it will, however, entail covering some of the rock already tying in the water. The bulkhead will be continuous with the one we already have in place, being of the same height, and thus will provide a seamless protection. Accordingly, we have waived the 15 foot riparian access.
