and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

rap) along some of the shoreline at our lot in Vandf -.sere. 'qor a number of reasons, we never had the work
done.
We are now ready to do the work and find that we have misplaced your letter that stated you do not object
to the project.

My wife and I are applying for a CAMA permit to install about 100 feet of rip -rap on the
on the northeast side of our lot that is adjacent to your lot at Vandemere. In this area of
the lot, the shoreline is eroding badly.
We have been working on the project for some time but have just located someone to do
the work.
If you have no objections to the permit, you may check the box on the attached form, sign

contact the Division of Coastal Management at Morehead City. The address and phone
