NORTH CAROLINA COASTAL RESOURCES COMMISSION
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE BEEN MADE FULLY AWARE OF THE INTENTIONS OF
BARBARA & TERRY EVERETT TO COMPLETE THE RIP RAP (STONE) BULKHEAD ALONG
THE SHORELINE OF THEIR PROPERTY. I KNOW THAT THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE THE
USE OF APPROXIMATELY TWENTY-FOUR TONS OF STONE. THIS WORK WILL BEGIN ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THEIR PROPERTY AT THE JUNCTURE WITH THE
DAVENPORT/MTCHELL STONE BULKHEAD. FROM THERE IT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED
NORTH AND THEN EAST TO THE POINT WHERE IT WILL CONNECT WITH THE STONE
RAPLACED IN JUNE, 1999. I AM ALSO AWARE THAT THE LAND END OF THE EVERETT' S
PIER WILL HAVE TO BE ALTERRED TO CLEAR THIS STONE BULKHEAD.
I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT AND HAVE NO OBJECTIONS.
