land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

I propose to replace dock that was on my property west shore of Broad creek. 11
Proposed dock was app. 75 in length with app. 12 Tee on end. Dock will be 4
Wide with 6" pilings. Most of materials to be used is from former dock which was
Damaged during last 2 hurricanes. All of the old pilings have been removed,
Some for reuse. Thanks for any help on this matter.
