pier at 222 N. Holland Pt. Dr., Stella, NC
In order to validate this permit, please sign the permit as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the signed yellow and pink copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed
envelope. If the signed permit copies are not returned to this office before the initiation of
development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

AGENT AGREEMENT

permission to act as our agent in applying for a CAMA Permit to erect a seawall at 222
North Holland Point Drive, Stella, NC 28582 . We further grant Bruce Schwartz
permission to obtain any and all documentation necessary for application of said permit,
including, but not limited to, a copy of deed or other proof of ownership, plat maps, and
location maps.
