envelope. If the signed permit copies are not .returned to this office before the initiation. of
development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

Reason for Permit: To repair property damage and protect ftern further erosion.
Propose to place 2 - 25 ft. rock groins and I - 25 ft. vinyl groin to comply with
regulations governing said grohis. Also propose to repair existing damaged bulkhead and
place nevv bulkhead at property line. Ml this work is needed to protect against further
property erosion. Also propose to nourish beach with sand.
New bulkhead.work proposed will be app%. 35 ft, by 18 ft. and be appx. 2 ft. in front of
existing damaged bulkhead. It will be back field with dirt and sodded with grass.
