This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . The committee asks that the following requirements and/or considerations be addressed: • Please verify with the Cedar Point Town Planner, Chris Seaburg, that this dock/walkway meets all town, county, and CAMA building requirements. • Make certain the proposed dock/walkway does not encroach on the ability of the owners to access and utilize the water craft mooring pilings associated with the neighborhood pier. • Committee wanted to make certain you were aware that the water depth in proposed dock location excludes the use of a deep draft boat and that the lift design should be for a shallow draft vessel.
