Dear Mr. Hardison:
Attached is General Permit #44263C- to construct a 5' x 25' dock, 6' x 12' platform, and a 8' x
16' boatlift at 207 Great Neck Hill Rd, Hubert, NC.
In order to validate this permit, please sign the permit as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the signed yellow and pink copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed
envelope. If the signed permit copies are not returned to this office before the initiation of
development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

On February 3rd 2006, we met on the site of 207 Great Neck Hill Rd., Hubert, N.C. After
our meeting you requested the following to be done to complete the permit process. I
have enclosed the following required papers:
1. Survey of property showing proposed dock. The dock location has been flagged on the
site by the surveyor.
2. Drawing of proposed dock with adjacent riparian owner statement signed by both
neighbors on back of drawing.
3. Application fee of $100.00 to NCDENR.
