Attached is General Permit #GPC 43436 to install 77' of bulkhead in Carteret County adjacent to
the White Oak River at 2804 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC.
In order to .validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the white
copy for your files and return the signed yellow and pink copies to us in the enclosed, self-
addressed envelope. If the signed permit copies are not returned to this office before the initiation
of development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

Dear Ryan Davenport:
Please find attached my request for approval from CAMA to build a seawall on the north side of the property
located at 2804 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle NC along Bogue Sound. This property is owned jointly by Dana
& Stephanie Letchworth; Kent & Rhonda Greene; Ron & Linda Ham. The Sea Wall will be located at the
approximate location of the previous dune line prior to Hurricane Ophelia. The Seawall material to be used
is Northstar Vinyl Sheet Piling Series 3100c or PVC of similar rating. The area between the seawall and the
current dune line will be backfilled and landscaped to provide a groundcover to prevent future erosion.
