You and I walked the property several months ago. Facing the Pamlico Sound, the lot to the left (West, Rahilly property) has already been stabilized. I plan to peel back approximately 10' of that rock, tie into the existing fabric, construct the shoreline and replace the Rahilly fabric and rock, tying the two walls together. On the right side (East, Fuller Property), I will install a return so as to not terminate the stabilization at a flush edge. I have enclosed a check for $100.00, plus signed original Riparian Rights forms from the adjacent property owners, Rahilly and Fuller. Please advise me as to when we might start.
