Ryan,
Robert Fowler showed up in the office this morning. He wants to extend his piers 10' to
the west. I went over with him the square footage limitation and the need to get a signed
waiver from the neighbor. (I gave him the form.)
Given his shoreline of 57', I figured he could have 228 sq.ft.. This would allow him to
have one pier 25'x 6' (= 150sq') and the other 25'x 3' (=75sq.') This would result in a
grand total of 225 sq.ft. (Right?)
Anyway, expect him to be bringing the waiver form to either you or me. I know he is
hoping to get your approval by Friday since Tim Grimes has told he could start that day.
