Since the Marina renovation is complete all "development" in the marina requires individual permits and as such waterfront property owners adjacent to the marina must be notified of all changes. The lengthening of the finger pier would extend to the twenty-one foot pole already in place, and be I ginches wide. The widening would extend from the 1 l foot support pole on the front of the lift to the wall providing and additional, 3 feet of width along the north wall. The modification has been reviewed and approved by the adjacent slip owners as well as the BSYCHA Architectural committee.
