The drawing of the proposed "T"-shaped dock shows it to be constructed on a strip of land that is mostly underwater and that has been underwater since the last hurricane. Therefore, unless the land is reclaimed, the dock's construction as shown would necessitate that it have a landing on our property. Furthermore, because we are not waiving the 15 foot minimum setback, construction of the dock would probably need to occur north of the existing stone bulkhead, not south of it as proposed. Again, we are in favor of Ms. Ford's plans to have a dock built on her property as long as it maintains a minimum of 15 foot distance from our area of riparian access.
