This is a CAMA formality to be sure you are aware of construction adjacent to your property. This project is to repair/replace the existing seawall with a concrete sheetpfte bulkhead and concrete cap that is similar to the exsiting old seawall - If you will sign the form where marked and return it to me in the pre -paid envelope I have enclosed, I will very much appreciate it.
