This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

We will be moving to 1410 Front St. Beaufort, N.C. soon and will need to make repairs to the
dock.
1 came by your office in Morehead several weeks ago to get a permit for the repairs to the dock
and adding a boat lift in the existing slip at 1410 Front street Beaufort, N. C. At that time 1 was told that
you were not in but 1 would need to notify the property owner on each side of my property of the work to
be done.
You will find enclosed a drawing of the existing dock and the location of the new boat lift along
with the neighbors statements. Please review and let me know if you need any thing else to issue a permit.
Tim Grimes will be doing the work and would like to start 10-16-2000.
