As per my telephone conversation of this mornVig with Mr. Scott Jones, who was very helpful to me, please find enclosed a copy of the map of my property along with that of my two neighbors Danny & Lois Harrison and E.W. Connor. My house and land are registered as 7-100-017 at 2329 Chnquapin Rd., New Bern, Craven County, NC. It is located on the Trent River, Yesterday, my neighbor Mr, Danny Harrison (lot 016 at 2331 Chinquapin Rd., New Bern 28563) faxed me the sheet entitled "Adjacent Riparian Prolwrty Owner Statement" along with a copy of a dock plan with stainless steel bridging that seems quite extensive. The proposed dock/boat house set up is along the left side and corner of my property as it faces the Trent River. I do not wish to waive the IS feet minimum distance setback requirements. As per my discussion with Mr. Scott, I will wait for an indication (drawing) of where roughly my riparian rights extend to, before I make a decis ,on to sign and have notarized the authorization sheet which as mentioned above will not waive the 15 feet minimum set back requirements. I am enclosing a sample of an unsigned copy of the sheet with stipulations. After I have reviewed the location of the riparian rights as well as in more detail the nature and exact location on a surveyed map of the proposed project and its impact on my waterfront area, I will decide whether I will ;ign and have notarized a copy of the enclosed sample. If the authorization with the setback restriction is given, I will send a certified copy directly to you. At present no authorization is given This document is being faxed to you and a certified copy will be sent for your records.
