Mrs. Guild is planning to replace her seawall. In accordance with regulations regarding a permit for this work, she must have written statements from the adjacent property owners declaring no objection to the work being done. If you would write such a statement for Mrs. Guild, we will be able to obtain permits and get the job underway. Enclosed, please find literature and pictures which will explain the ShoreGuard Vinyl which will be used in the seawall. Perhaps you would be interested in adding a Shore Guard wall to your property in Hubert. If so, please contact me. I would be happy to give you an estimate. In the meantime, I will anxiously await your permission for Mrs. Guilds work to move forward. For your convenience, you may fax your statement to me at (910)326- 5545, a mail it to me at bdkb@ncnets.net, or drop it in the mail to either Mrs Guild or me. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Respectfully, B. E. Schwartz BES/pws
