Enclosed please find permit application fee ($100.00), site plot showing dimensions of the project area, and statements of adjacent riparian property owners. The project will be for maximum excavation of 6 ft. Note that the project area is within 15 ft of the property known as 106 Knotline, which is owned by Mr. Robert Osterberg. It is greater than 15 ft from the other adjacent riparian property owner, Mr. Oliver Heim, who did not waive the setback requirements.
