This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Dear Bill:
We are in receipt of your invoice dated April 5 in the amount of $15,000.00 for work
performed on the property of Dr. Darden J. Eure, Sr. As you are aware, I have asked
that Tere Barrett of CAMA conduct an inspection for her agency's approval in
accordance with Permit No. 27561 obtained on the property owner's behalf.
Ms. Barrett inspected the site on April 5, and arranged for her supervisor, Mr. Ted
Tyndall, to inspect the same on or about April 10. Per my conversation with CAMA,
the work is generally approved subject to removal of rebar and similar metal debris
found with the concrete. Ms. Barrett will contact you with a specific list of items
requiring additional work.
Once you have addressed these concerns, I suggest that you coordinate with Ms.
Barrett to have her review your work. Once she has notified me that all conditions
have been satisfactorily corrected, I will forward approval for payment to Dr. Darden J.
Eure, Jr.
