MOFFITT This office has received your request for a mooring within Smith Creek and adjacent to 9205 DIRECTOR Hornigold in the Buccaneer Bay Subdivision rear the To= of Oriental in Pamlico County. The following information is requested before we can consider the application as complete and processing can begin. 1. The Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement forms you submitted have been ompleted incorrectly. The Name of Property Owner and Lot, Block, Road, etc. sections n9Mhould list the name of the property owner requesting the mooring as well as his/her physical O location. Please make the necessary corrections. 2. d on the information submitted, it appears that you are not the property owner of 9205 i old. As a result you will need to obtain a letter from the roe owner authorizing g property you to apply for a permit on their behalf. 3. Before a permit determination can be made a drawing depicting the following information is required: ❑ the width of the property adjacent to the proposed mooring location; 5e6 ❑ the swing diameter of the boat tied to the mooring; 6,\)C,t,0_S0& ❑ distance from the mooring to shore; ❑ distance across the water body at proposed mooring location; and ❑ any nearby marked or traditional navigation channels.
