Dear Mr. Schramm:
The Division of Coastal Management has reviewed your 9 May 2001 correspondence
objecting to the above referenced project. The, project as proposed is consistent with the appropriate
rules and regulations of the Division. Therefore, on 5 July 2001 David Moye of my staff issued
CAMA General Permit No. 27677-B to Beaufort County authorizing the aforementioned project.

If you wish to appeal this permit decision, you may file a request with the Director of the
Division of Coastal Management, Department of Environment and Natural Resources within 20 days
