I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the particular hazard problems associated with this lot. There was no permit fee associated with Exemption issuances for lots 58, 59 & 60 Cherry Branch West Phase H. I have combined checks 2506 & 2507 to cover the permit fee ($100) for lot 61. The Schulte's project involved a linear distance greater than 200 feet, which elevated that authorization to a CAMA General Permit. Please let me know when you are ready for me to issue these.
