This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to continue this certification. Mr. John Yost, Building Inspector for this area, informed me that our property is bordered by the U. S. Government (National Forest) on our left and a Mrs. Lucille Morse on our right. Enclosed please find a permission letter signed by Mrs. Morse. A letter has been mailed to the U. S. Forest Service and should be returned to me soon. At that time I will send you that permission letter and a visable scale map of our property and plans for the dock. Thank you for your time in this matter. The pier will be a private, family residential pier and will be 200 feet long.
