Re: Sandbags at Lot 11 Seagull Beach, Currituck County
Dear Mr. Prichard:
On recent field trips to the Currituck Beaches I found that the house on your property,
Lot 11, in Seagull Beach has been destroyed by fire. According to the General Permit issued
to you for the installation of the sandbags around the structure, those sandbags should be
removed within 30 days of notification once they are no longer needed. Many of the bags were
damaged from the fire. The remaining bags and any remnants should be removed along with
the rest of the debris to keep the beach open for public use.
If you have any questions concerning this matter please feel free to contact the at this
office.
Sincerely,
c'C-1
