As you know, I have been working closely with Jay Barnes to put together a pier project that not only meets their needs but one that is consistent with our regulations. As of this time, I have received all the necessary paperwork pursuant to 15 NCAC Subchapter 7H.1100. A copy of that regulation is enclosed for your review. Although I am ready to issue GPC- #12050, I will wait to hear from you or Jay as to actual date of issuance so that the 90 day time clock can be coordinated with the contractor and his on -site schedule.
