drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

CANAL FRONT LOTS FOR SALE
Description... Located approximately 10 miles from Havelock, 12
miles from Beaufort, lots are on Harlowe Canal, the old
intercoastal waterway. There is limited access to the Neuse river
to the north, and to Newport river to the south. Local knowledge
is required to follow the channels into the waterways. The lots
are located on the Ball and Adams Farm Road, which is the extreme
western part of Carteret County, off the Adams Creek road. There
is a small private grass airstrip located across the road from
the lots. The area is rural with a strong community spirit found
among the residents.
Directions to property... From Havelock take Hwy 101 apprx. 10
miles, then left on Adams Creek road, take first right past
bridge, (bridge is only 1/4 mile from Hwy 101), lots begin just
beyond the last house on right. Look for signs on property. From
Beaufort, take Hwy 101 apprx 12 miles, then right on Adams Creek
road, then same as above.
Tax rate ... The tax rate for Carteret County is 41 cents per $100
of evaluation.
Schools... Children would attend Carteret County public schools,
or private schools are available in Carteret County or Craven
County.
Water and Sewer... Individual wells and septic tanks are required,
with a minimal amount of site work required for the installation
of the septic tanks.
Power ... is available from Carteret County Electric Membership
Corp.
