I am in the process of purchasing a vacant lot from Mr. and Mrs.
Ronald Bibey. The subject property is located on the east side
of property you own. Because this property is on the waterfront,
I need to inform you of my plans for construction. I plan to
construct a bulkhead on the waterfront to prevent further erosion
and also construct a boat pier approximately 200 feet in length.
I will also be constructing a home on this same property in the
near future.
If you have no objection to me completing the items mentioned,
please sign this statement so I may begin to obtain the necessary
permits.
