Attached is General Permit #C-12060 issued to Mr. William Forrest for construction of
a roof -covered boatlift on the west side of the existing pier on Bogue Sound AIWW, at 145 Ash
Street, in Cedar Point, Carteret County.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
