pedestrian accessway on the Atlantic Ocean, at Lot #2 in Tanglewood Subdivision, in the Town
of Indian Beach, Carteret County.

I am one of the owner of 3 ocean front lots in Indian Beach. I would like
to build a wooden walkway for pedestrian access across the dune to the
beach on Lot #2. (see diagram). I understand that there is an exemption to
the normal Cama Permit available for this type of activity in the Cama
zone. Please let this letter serve as my application for exemption and let
me know the particulars of how to proceed.
