Lati Rumke (spouse) and myself are the current owners of the above property located on Back
Creek, it is our intent to repair the existing dock on the property. CAMA has required us to
send each of you a copy the attached form before we begin any repairs. We have included an
envelope for you to return the form to us.
It is our plan to use the existing dock footprint for our repairs, but it is also our intent to raise the
existing height by 2' to 3'. With the new height it will be necessary to add a ramp on the land
side ofthe dock to allow passage loft new height (see the attached drawing). The ramp witt
add about 16' to the overall dock length. The current dock is 5' wide and the "L" on the water
end is 8' wide,
If you have any concerns or questions please call us (252 728 5731).
Thank you for your considcratiion,
John H Rumke
