You have the right to sign the form and return it indicating that you have been notified, you can ignore it, or you can object to the construction. I had a meeting on site yesterday to review what CAMA would allow him to do to stop the erosion. CAMA recommended that lot 38 bulkhead their shoreline as shown on the attached map, for a distance of 100 feet. Seth and Linda Nickerson are planning to go ahead with the bulk heading therefore they have to notify you of the pending construction. The enclosed form is part of the process of obtaining their permit to construct. Please review this information and let me know if you intend on sending the form back. This is the same procedure you will have to follow when you want to build your dock, also the Nickerson's will have to notify you again when they want to build their dock!
