I have tried to place it where it will be the least obtrusive to everyone concerned In my decision I considered the view from my house as well as the view from the lots adjacent to me. I also made sure at I would notbe blocking anyone else from placing a pier on his or her lot in the future. It's my understanding that the adjacent property owners have to sign off on the pier if it is within 15 feet of their property line. Hopefully we can work together so that we can each have our own piers when we prefer. If you look at the enclosed map you can see that there is a very clear and direct view from your lot to the main charnel by the placement of my house_ If I in*vcd the pier from where I currently have it placed it would be in front and to the left of my house thereby being in the line of sight from my house and your house when looking at the main channel. I would prefer to keep the pier as proposed. Please review this information as soon as possible as time is of the essenec to my construction schedule. Thank you again for your consideration.
