(1) Diagram of pier/dock (this is a photo copy of the diagram used to get the original permit) i.e. I will be rebuilding an identical structure -almost all the pilings are still in place and just need to be straightened. (2) Map showing lot width. (Note: I own the lot on each side of the lot to which the pier/dock is attached- (3) Two location maps of the subject property: 330 Shell Hill Rd Sea Level, NC (Phone) 252-225-0225 (Note: this is a vacation house so no one lives here to answer this phone except on very sporadic occasions.
