Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of- ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi- fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. Cauvin 2001 202 Tupelo Lane Washington, North Carolina 27889 RE: Donald Wiesner 208 Live Oak Lane Washington, North Carolina 27889 Proposed construction of a 5'4" x f 490' walkway and a 12' x 18' platform Dear Mr. Cauvin: The Division of Coastal Management has reviewed your 8 November 2001 correspondence objecting the above referenced project. The walkway and platform as proposed is consistent with North Carolina Administrative Code 07H. 1100 and 0711.2400 (See Attached). The pier and platform as proposed will be setback a minimum of 15' from the riparian limit on your side and is consistent with North Carolina Administrative Code 07H.1200 (See Attached). The project as proposed is consistent with the appropriate rules and regulations of this Division. Therefore, on 9 November 2001 David Moye of my staff issued CAMA/Dredge and Fill General Permit No. 29231-B in Beaufort County authorizing the aforementioned project (See Attached) If you wish to appeal this permit decision, you may file a request with the Director of the Division of Coastal Management, Department of Environment and Natural Resources within 20 days of the permit decision.
