This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to' be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. David Livingston,
Vacation Village has requested a permit to replace some old and
worn, plus missing pilings at it's community pier located on the west
side of the B. Cameron Langston Bridge, (Highway 58), in Cedar Point.
Our desire is to enhance missing and existing pilings at the end of our
pier with larger pilings for larger boats that draw more water. In
addition, we also wish to replace and enhance other pilings nearer shore
for smaller boats with less draft. Our request does not change the
original number of slips we were permitted in our original permit. It
simply allows us the opportunity to better serve our residents who are
boaters. According to the statutes, we are required to notify the adjacent
property owner with a request for "No Objections" to this proposal. I
have attached the proper form for your signature. If you have any
questions please feel free to contact me. Otherwise, I would greatly
appreciate your signature of approval faxed to me at this number
