SUBJECT: Amendment to existing permit Mr. Shaver, As per our conversation on March 20, 2002 I would like to amend my existing permit to include the installation of a Jet Ski lift beside the seawall on the North side of my dock. The Jet Ski lift will be independent of my dock and will allow complete access from dry land. I have enclosed another drawing that includes the placement of a single pylon to accommodate the lift. I also corrected the drawing to show the boatlift placement 3' away from the seawall instead of 5'. I have already obtained verbal permission from Phillip Munden, Jr. for the installation of the Jet Ski lift; I will obtain written permission, as required, and fax and/or mail the letter to update my file.
