The Board of Adjustment, after having a PUBLIC HEARING to review the request, voted unanimously to approve your variance request and allow the construction of a dock/pier structure on the property prior to establishing a permitted use as defined within the Town of Cedar Point Zoning Ordinance. This letter is being sent to authorize you to begin the process of obtaining all necessary permits including, but not limited to, a CAMA permit, Zoning permit, a Health Department permit issued by the Carteret County Health Department, and a Building Permit for the purposes of constructing the dock/pier structure on the property.
