Attached is a Certificate of Exemption From Requiring a CAMA Permit to construct a +/- 96' x
6' pier with a 12' x 16' platform on a water ward side of coastal wetland, and to install +/- 70' of
rock riprap on landward side of wetlands in Pamlico County off SR 1306 at Lot # 2 in Dawson
Landing on Dawson Creek near Janerio.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the yellow
copy and the attached regulation (7K .0203) for your files and return the signed blue and green
copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope.
