Included are the following items: 1. Copies of cover letters sent to Mr. Fred Albritton and Mr. John Harmon. 2. A copy of the site drawing with a description of the proposed development, which was included in each letter. 3. The original notification/waiver form which was returned by Mr. Albritton. Mr. Harmon chose not to return his. 4. The two certified mail receipts which show the date the letters were mailed and the two signed receipts which show the date the letters were received by Mr. Albritton and Mr. Harmon. I have contacted Mr. Robert Youngblood about doing the planned bulldozer work on the lots. Mr. Youngblood should be getting in touch with you right away.
