We have a scour problem on Craven 176 and we will need to drive a crutch bent under the first span. This is an emergency situation; we have to do this to keep the existing bridge open to the public. This operation will take about 3 days. Utilities are being moved this week and we hope to conduct the crutch bent installation next week. There will be no impacts or disruptions to the existing boat ramp. We are aware of the February 15 to September 30 Moratorium. I've attached maps of the vicinity for your use ...
